Informality. We meet an hour away at a home for pest treatment and they neither show up, nor call us to notify us of a possible delay, nor do they pick up the phone. Long after the agreed time they called me back and told me that the technician would contact me. Much later the technician calls me apologizing. Late; They have made me waste the entire morning waiting, I have not had time to contract with another company the service that they have not provided me and I have had to go on a trip with the plague in the house. Deplorable. Not recommended.
