The shop has good supplies, toys etc but the cashiers service is terrible. They ask you if you want a carrier bag for your goods and when you say yes, they ring up the items and put the bag on top of your stuff and just stand there while you put your change away. So basically waste time by not being helpful. Terrible service. Is it so difficult to pack the items in the bag while scanning them? Awfully trained staff. A shame really as it's a great shop

SUPER HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE… Stuff are very nice and they do pay attention if you ask! I order food for my puppies and didn’t arrived on time and they made it happened and delivered same day plus with with goodies for a better apology! I’m beyond words with their service. Thank you so much for your kindness! You’ll are very much appreciated!!!

Terrible service!
Cat food I bought were badly off.
Refund was not given and was force to take the same disgusting brand.
Bought 2x 6kg True Origin dry cat food. One of the pack none of my cats would touch and not even the street cats.
I believe either the quality has changed or the recipe but whatever it is I don’t trust the brand anymore.
The shop assistants and managers wear name tags but when I asked For their names so I could write an email they started hiding their names and refused to give me the name of the manager who allegedly said no to refund or changing brand!!!
Very disappointed and frustrated! Will not shop there again!
Now im left with a pack S**t that even the starving stray cats won’t touch!!!
